KBS Fusion Self Etching Primer is ideal for promoting adhesion between multiple surface coatings, including applications of topcoats over cured RustSeal. It is also the finest primer for bare metals like steel, brass, aluminum, and hard plastics.
Fusion can be sprayed over RustSeal after a light sanding with 280-320 grit sandpaper. It is ready for topcoating in 15-30 minutes.
